Het Ashram College deed na 4 jaar weer mee. Ook teams van Groene Hart Lyceum, Groene Hart Topmavo, Scala Colleege en Yuverta deden mee, dus Alphen aan den Rijn heeft zich goed laten zien aan de schaatswereld.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zowel beginnende als ervaren schaatsers uit alle jaarlagen deden mee. Dit jaar streden we met 5 teams mee in de voorrondes, 3 jongens- en 2 meisjesteams. Elke ploeg moest met elkaar een aantal rondjes rijden om zo de snelste tijd proberen te behalen. Het rijden in een ploeg rijden en het bij elkaar in de buurt blijven bleek moeilijker dan verwacht.<\/p>\n<p>De competitie was dit jaar sterk, maar we hebben toch met \u00e9\u00e9n team een podiumplek weten te behalen. Het is nog afwachten of dat team ook mag meedoen met de landelijke finale op 26 maart.
